Creative Environmental Solutions, Inc. (CES) is a 20-person consultation firm that provides geological, environmental, and engineering services across Florida and throughout the Southeast. CES was founded in 1994 with visions of facilitating the usually difficult and contentious interactions between industry and federal, state, and local regulators; identifying and quantifying rock and mineral deposits vital to the growth and success of the United States; protecting and improving the quality of our lakes, rivers, oceans, and drinking water through thoughtful and practical approaches to environmental cleanup; and helping owners navigate the maze of environmental laws and regulations and obtain permits to start, operate, and expand their businesses. All the while, we strive to provide responsive, consistent service and top-quality products delivered on time and within budget.

Our geologists, engineers, and ecologists have over 150 years of combined professional experience. George Foster, president and owner of CES, earned his Bachelor’s degree in geology at the University of South Florida and his Master’s degree in geology at the University of Florida. At UF, Mr. Foster studies focused on industrial mineralogy under the aegis of Dr. James Eades. His geological and environmental projects have taken him to most of the US states, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico and the Bahamas.

CES is registered in Florida as a Professional Engineering Firm and as a Professional Geological Firm, and as such, can legally practice in these fields. CES staff are all required to have professional and OSHA and MSHA safety certifications and participate in annual 8-hour safety refresher courses. CES is a drug-free workplace.
